Holiday/Valentine Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

SAME DAY CANCELLATION (48 hours or less) : $50.00 FEE 
LAST HOUR CANCELLATION: NO REFUND

*If you cannot make your reservation we can offer free rescheduling or a lifetime guarantee gift card that will never expire to avoid penalties. Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance in case you need to reschedule or can't make your reservation.
DURING HOLIDAYS (11.15.2021 - 1.9.2022) WE ARE VERY LIMITED TO AVAILABILITY TO RESCHEDULE

  • Temperatures above (+150 heat index) 87 or below 19 degrees.

  • Extreme Weather Advisories. 

    • Heavy Snowfall 

    • Blizzard Conditions

    • Heat Advisories 

    • Heavy Rainfall etc.

For safety reasons, NYC Horse Carriage Rides™ reserves the right to cancel any tour due to predicted or actual adverse weather conditions such as high winds, thunder and lightning storms, or any weather statements issued for New York City by The National Weather Service, in which case a full refund is issued.

NYC Horse Carriage Rides™ reserves the right to cancel a tour due to any unforeseen circumstance, such as mechanical failure, in which case a full refund will be issued.

FREE RESCHEDULING

You may contact us several (2-3) hours before your reservation if you are experiencing delays & need to reschedule.

This does not guarantee we will have the specific time-slots available to reschedule & you would need to cooperate with our openings/availabilities.

 

IMPORTANT: We are limited to time slots during the month of November & December. Keep in mind, we may not have openings for rescheduling due to high volume bookings. We highly recommend any changes be done 7 days in advance.
